Thanks for your effort ! Almost perfect, however I have the same issue that dolomin has,, Sygic shuts down when I do a search for an address. Any ideas ?
Complicated instruction, make it easy man, we are rookie
There are 3 things you must have from the cracked/patched downloads which are:
1. A sygic folder containing 3 subfolders:- android, maps, and res. Make sure to rename the sygic folder exactly to just “Sygic”.
2. A sygic apk
3. A map downloader folder containing 2 things:- an .exe file, and a .cry file.
If you have all those 3 things above, then continue to steps below:
Step 1) open the map downloader .exe file and choose whatever voice, tts, and/or map/s that you want to download. Note: no need to download base map because you already have it by downloading the sygic folder (i.e. Sygic\Maps\wcl).
Step 2) Move the map/s folder/s (e.g. can.ta.2015.09 folder is a Canada map) to “Sygic\Maps”.
Step 3)Copy sygic apk and folder to the root directory of your external sdcard or phone’s internal sdcard.
Step 4)Install the apk. Turn on your phone’s GPS. Open sygic app. Done.
Didnt work for me… When i start Sygic, it asks for my Region and i must download a Map. If i have done this, it works, but not as Premium. Any Help?
Very nice. Best tom tom alternative. Thank you. All I did was install first apk and download a map and it works. Under licenses it says -lifetime license. It has voice navigation.I hope it stays that way.
What are the differences between Sygic pathced Apk and Sygic patched Apk+blocked data/reactivation?

OpenStreetMap is like Google Street View, just a different way to view the map. It does contain more detailed info but will cause lag on older devices. It is not needed however on some versions if not installed it will crash the main program and you will need to restart and re-enter your course.

Green Map is something new for me and I have no clue what it is. Try a google search or look on the developer homepage/faq/help section.

I have not installed this .apk, it’s on my list to test before the holiday. (I really have no use for this on my phone or tablet because I have voice navigation in my truck from the factory).

I cant find Android/data/ folder inside my sdcard on my unrooted device!!!!
Followed the steps as closely as I could (had to go to an earlier version to find the base folders mentioned, downloaded maps with the downloader tool) but to be frank the instructions are sloppy and there are a confusing array of downloads. As per the instructions I used the patched apk, named encouragingly “s17210c_useful_for_ta_maps_only.apk” it has hung on install, so something went wrong.

I have a question : where can i put the file 3D (downloaded with OpenStreetMap 3D buildings folder) ? Is it in the folder Android / Data / com.sygic.aura / Files / Map / fra.ta.2017.06 / fra02.ta.2017.06 ?
I give my way to install Sygic :
– Install the file s1736_untouched.apk and download the map of your country.
– Than, go to the folder Android / Data / com.sygic.aura and move it for example in the folder Download of your smartphone.
– Uninstall Sygic apk.
– Now, copy the folder com.sygic.aura to Android / Data
– And install the file s1736c_noreactivatetrial_useful_for_nt_maps_or_ta_maps.apk

Hi. I have a problem with a serioux gps. I want to update the maps on it, but I do not know how to do it. I’m interested if the software you put in the tutorial can install on my GPS model. The model is the Serioux UrbanPilot Q475 GPS, and the Sygic version is “SygicDive10, version 8.25, R-19411 MD compiled version”.

This is all I did to install and it is working
1. Download the apk and the data folder
2. Unzip the data folder and leave as is…I moved it to my sd card
3. Install the apk, but do not run it just install then exit
4. On my sd card, I looked in Android/data, and found the com.sygic.aura folder and it was empty
5. Move the data folder in there, no need to rename it SYGIC or anything. I just moved the com folder to my sd card into the /data folder and copied it there
6. Run sygic and the globe should show starting on the Vatican wirh the world empty.
7 download your maps
8. That’s it
And skip the email thing too

How to: Instal Sygic(Normal apk),// and download the zip folder
download maps from the apk
go to Android/Data/ and copy the Com.sygic.aura folder somewhere else (the folder is either on SD or Internal, depending on where u told the app to install)
copy the Com.sygic.aura folder from the DATABASE FOLDER over the one you backed up, when it asks to overwrite files, confirm to replace ’em
now uninstall the Base app, instal the patched one, DO NOT RUN YET
Copy the Com.sygic.aura folder with the Replaced files to the Android/data folder and now u should be good to go

To install Android 7.1.2
1. Extract base to internal or SD CARD: Android/data/
2. Install patched APK, and instruct it to overwrite internal or SD CARD?
DO WE NEED THE OTHER FILES? looks like you can change maps internally, what about that 3D things and the green texture?
Those maps are old (if you are new to this), you can still download maps with latest v17.7.0
i have 2 android phone, inthe new one installationn went fine, the old with outdated sygic app doesn’t find the maps, every boot search them giving me 1 mb to download for complete the process and no map found. maybe it’s something with the old app, even if i uninstalled and deleted data folder.
Seems to be working fine, if you just follow the instructions.
But, under “Sygic Store” and “All your licences” it says:
Basic World – Lifetime license.
World + Traffic – Valid until 24/4/2019.
So I’m not sure. Everything seems to be unlocked now, but I don’t understand that expire date that will be in a few days.
There is an error in the Sygic patched APK. Please fix it.

The apk is v18.2.3 but the datafolder is v18.2.2. Is it normal? ‘Couse it can’t see server for download maps 🙂

Downloaded and installed perfectly on my android head unit. The only bug I’ve noticed is that the speed always set to KPH – even when I’ve changed it to MPH. Otherwise it works perfectly!

Just to provide some clarity – the formal (free at least) version of Sygic DOES work with Android Auto.
I guess bypassing Google Play checks also blocks/breaks the Android Auto certification.
For the next version(s), please try to focus on this, enabling Android Auto functionality.
