Open app lock, hard menu or soft menu button, Settings, Change password or change lock pattern.

Please enable “uninstallation prevention” in app lock settings, then only authorized people can uninstall it using the password.

Open app lock, If you are using pattern lock, please change to text password lock from menu options then select “Reset password” and answer the security questions, If you had not set the security question, send me an email and I will send you a master key to open the app and change the password.
